If Communication, Trust, and Silos are Slowing You Down - Start With  the Experience.

Leadership challenges don't show up on PowerPoint Slides-they show up in real life.

Breakdowns in communication. Hesitation that slows decisions. Trust that feels fragile. Teams working in silos instead of together. These are the challenges HR and organizational leaders cite most—and the ones traditional leadership programs often fail to change.

The Evolu Equine Corporate Showcase is a complimentary, experiential opportunity to explore a different way of developing leaders—one grounded in real‑time experience, reflection, and practical application. This experience is for you if you are a people leader, executive, senior manager, HR, Talent, Learning & Development or Organizational Effectiveness professional who is:

    • Responsible for team performance, decision‑making, and culture
    •  Seeking innovative, evidence‑informed approaches to leadership development
    • Wanting to experience the impact firsthand before recommending or sponsoring a broader initiative
    • Leading in an environment where communication breakdowns, slow decisions, silos, or trust issues are creating friction

Why Horses?

  • Horses are expert readers of humans
As prey animals, horses have honed their ability to sense and respond to subtle human cues, making them invaluable tools for leadership development.
  • Nonverbal communication is key
Horses focus solely on nonverbal communication, mirroring the 93% of human interaction that often goes unnoticed.
  • Real-time feedback
Interacting with horses provides immediate and honest feedback on leadership style, communication effectiveness, and team dynamics.
  • Practical application
Skills learned in the arena directly translate to improved connection, trust, and communication

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to know about horses?

No, all work is completed on the ground - there is no riding in this one-of-a-kind opportunity. Your feet will never leave the ground - unless you jump for joy after completing a challenge.

The focus is on human skills rather than horse and riding skills. This program is not about horsemanship, and it is not therapeutic riding.

It is about growing as a couple and having a unique, holistic, and fun experience.

Our experience has been that those with no horse experience or who are even afraid of horses leave having demonstrated the greatest growth and transformation.

Who should do an Equine Facilitated Corporate Showcase?
    • A people leader, executive, or senior manager responsible for team performance, decision‑making, and culture
    • An HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or Organizational Effectiveness professional seeking innovative, evidence‑informed approaches to leadership development
    • A decision‑maker who wants to experience the impact firsthand before recommending or sponsoring a broader initiative
    • Leading in an environment where communication breakdowns, slow decisions, silos, or trust issues are creating friction
    • Curious about experiential learning and open to learning through reflection, observation, and real‑time experience rather than lectures or theory alone

How should I dress?

As you will be outdoors in an arena and a barn, with no heating or air conditioning, dress in clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and that will keep you as warm or cool as possible.

Closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and you will not be allowed to participate if you wear sandals or open-toed shoes. There are no exceptions, and this is for your safety.

What about inclement weather?

The event will take place in an indoor arena in the event of inclement weather. However, if the weather is very severe we will notify you should we decide to cancel.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

This experience requires a minimum of 3 participants to be meaningful and give you the experience you need to make an informed decision.

What if I can't make it?

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can notify someone on the waiting list.

You are welcome to move your registration to a future open spot.

What food and beverages will be available?

We will have light snacks, water, tea, and coffee.
