What if you could see exactly how your leaders communicate, build trust, and make decisions under pressure - before investing in a single development program?

You can. And it takes three hours.

The Evolu Equine Corporate Showcase is a complimentary, invitation-only experience for senior leaders - and the people they trust to evaluate what comes next - who want to watch leadership behavior in real time - and decide for themselves whether it's worth bringing to their organization. No slides. No pitch. No commitment. Just come see it.

Invitation-only · 6 seats maximum · No riding required · Five Fridays, 9:30 - 12:30 · Sessions March - October

Your Leaders Aren't Failing Because They Don't Know Better

They're failing because knowing and doing are two different things - and most leadership development only ever touches the first.

If any of these sound familiar, this showcase was built for you:

Capable people on paper, but communication and trust keep breaking down in practice.

Silos and second-guessing are slowing decisions in ways you can feel but can't quite name.

You've run programs that earned strong feedback scores and changed almost nothing.

You can see that people attended. You can't see whether the behavior actually changed.

You don't need another model. You need to see what's actually happening.

Three Hours That Change How You See Leadership Development

This is not a workshop. No slides, no assessments, no breakout rooms.

You and up to five other participants - all senior leaders - work through a series of real, ground-based challenges alongside the horses - Zephyr, Lexi and Wills. They have no interest in your title, your strategy deck, or your good intentions. They respond only to what's real.

Each challenge increases in complexity and pressure. After each one, your facilitator surfaces what actually happened - not what people meant to do, but what the group experienced.

By the third round, the room looks nothing like it did at the start. That shift is the data.

Yes, Horses. Here's Why That's the Point.

Leadership rarely breaks down in the classroom. It breaks down under pressure, with incomplete information, in relationship with other people.

Horses read the signals a leader sends - tension, hesitation, clarity, presence - whether or not the leader is aware of them, and they respond instantly and without politics. That unfiltered, real-time feedback is something no keynote, simulation, or 360 can reproduce. You see the behavior itself, not a self-report of it.

You Were Invited for a Reason

You're reading this because someone - a peer, a colleague, or Marietta directly - thought it was worth three hours of your time. Here's how to know if they are right.

This showcase is for you if:

senior leader - or you're here on behalf of one -  accountable for how your leaders actually perform.

You're watching capable people struggle with communication, trust, or alignment - and your current programs aren't moving the needle.

You want to see an approach work before you recommend or sponsor it.

You're done with theory. You want to watch leadership happen in real-time.

Sending someone in your place? They'll get the full experience - and they'll leave able to tell you they saw and experienced.

Whatever shape it takes in your organization - high-performing leaders sharpening their edge, or a capable team struggling to pull in the same direction - three hours here makes the dynamics impossible to miss.

From People Who Sat Where You're Sitting

"No presentations. No titles. No hierarchy. Just people, horses, and the need to work together with clarity, trust, and intention. As leaders in fast-moving organizations, we sometimes overcomplicate connection. This was a reminder that trust, clarity, and presence still matter most."
Kerry E. CHRO
"A different approach and concept that I really enjoyed. I can see it being used for my immediate team and senior leadership team."
T. Edge, Director HR
"This experience enhanced trust, communication, problem solving, and collaboration."
